Teams are formed when individuals with a common taste, preference, liking, and attitude come and work together for a common goal.
When I came to Kancharapalem 20 days ago with an idea of making a film in this neighbourhood, I have no idea “how to start” and “from where to start. Then I met “Murthy” the only friend and the only person that I know in this place. And he started everything. With the help of Murthy I met some of the talented people of Kancharapalem. They love cinema to the core and analyse cinema more than a professional film maker or a film critic possibly could. Some of them have even tried in the Film Industry. But as a matter of fact, they lacked the right motivation and direction required for any skilled person to make it big in the Industry. One of them even distributed some of the honest films like “Pothuraju”, “Sivaputhrudu”, “Mrugam” e.t.c. They are living exuberant life in Kancharapalem, still carrying their dreams in their bellies. I thought that this is the perfect team that I need for Project “C/o Kancharapalem”. I felt that I have landed here at the right time. I spoke with them and told my idea of making a film in their neighbourhood. They were so happy for that and accepted to support me in making this possible. Now, “I Have a Team”. Team C/o Kancharapalem.
We had a narration session yesterday at Mr. Madhu’s house. I told them the story of the film. They liked it and gave some inputs which are really valid.
“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success
-Henry Ford”
We came together and now started working together. I feel this as the first step of success.
Stay tuned to learn more about “C/o Kancharalapalem” and to travel along with me in this path of transforming my story into an astounding film. Please share this blog to help me in reaching more people. Hope you all support me in making this project successful.
